Business Support on the Power Platform
Customers are constantly evolving and following their business. To support customers in this daily journey on the Microsoft Power Platform, we can deliver them business support via the Business Support Desk. Currently only available for customers on the PowerBI platform, but soon we will expand our support.
The Business Support Desk is operational during business hours and days (8/5). The Business Support Desk enables customers to drop their questions, change request or requests for information and have them being answered or resolved within the agreed timeframe (SLA).
