As a first step in the collaboration with Microsoft, TriTechnology with their sister company TriFinance has become a Microsoft Gold Data & Analytics Partner as well as a Power BI solution partner.
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, our experts are able to keep the high standard of working we are used to thanks to the programs, tools and training we make available to them. This allows our consultants to further develop their skill set and to support our customers even better. That is definitely a great achievement and a reward for the tremendous growth we have experienced since the start of our partnership three years ago and the quality we deliver.

Business Support on the Power Platform
Customers are constantly evolving and following their business. To support customers in this daily journey on the Microsoft Power Platform, we can deliver them business support via the Business Support Desk. Currently only available for customers on the PowerBI platform, but soon we will expand our support.
The Business Support Desk is operational during business hours and days (8/5). The Business Support Desk enables customers to drop their questions, change request or requests for information and have them being answered or resolved within the agreed timeframe (SLA).
