As a Delivery Lead at our client, you will play a key role in crafting a comprehensive delivery methodology across all their projects and services. Step into the exciting world of software development with our client! They are the masters of their craft, specializing in the cutting-edge realm of SalesForce technology. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective resource management, project commitments, and timely delivery of projects, aligning their actions with their promises.
Your challenge
Mission: Craft a standardized delivery methodology for efficient, quality, and consistent project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies for flawless execution and on-time delivery
- Lead resource allocation and capacity planning for optimal talent utilization
- Keep the leadership team informed through regular project status meetings
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks, risks, and challenges
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment with effective communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lessons learned from past projects
Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience (X years) in a project management or delivery leadership role within the software development industry
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and related technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing delivery methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality in project execution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and motivating team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
